Y House is set in a picturesque environment in a newly established estate in Raby Bay. The Y House provided an opportunity to create a luxury home for enthusiastic clients with a unique design brief. We wanted to maximise the fabulous views to the bay and the canal, while providing privacy, and style. Keeping the ocean theme in the exterior, the interior begins with entry foyer and it’s vertical garden with natural light, moved upstairs to an entertainer’s kitchen and deck, to unique themed bedrooms with matching ensuites.  This provided a surprise and unique experience and feeling in every corner.
